Alzheimer's and chemtrail related dementia will be the #1 cause of death in 20 years. However there is much we can do to prevent and reverse it.

Nature is the greatest PhD in the universe so we must turn to her to save ourselves, heal and learn. Whether one sides with the fear mongering extortionist medicine, or puts their trust and faith in the creator of the universe is up to the individual. Both ways might offer a cure for cancer, but only one way will actually heal the condition underlying all diseases.
Dementia is now the number one cause of death in the UK. Dementia, including Alzheimer's disease, has overtaken heart disease as the leading cause of death in England and Wales, latest figures reveal. In 2015 more than 61,000 people died of dementia - 11.6% of all recorded deaths. Dementia is essentially the slow and progressive dying of brain cells, usually resulting from a neurodegenerative disease like Alzheimer’s. The main cause of dementia is the buildup of toxins, chemicals, and heavy metals in the brain, along with drugs that block acetylcholine and nutritional deficiencies.
Synapse elimination, or “synaptic pruning,” is a normal process that occurs during brain development. However in Alzheimer’s the mechanisms involved in such pruning might be aberrantly turned back on or hijacked, so to speak, contributing to synapse loss. In the pruning process, microglia eat away at synapses to assist the immune system. Heparan sulfate, is a linear polysaccharide produced by mast cells, found on the surface of cells (including neurons), where they interact with a plethora of ligands. Heparan sulfate essentially “traps” amyloid peptides, causing them to aggregate and form deposits that will eventually lead to amyloid beta plaques and tangles in the brain that trigger inflammation and result in the loss of brain connections called synapses, the effect most strongly associated with cognitive decline, neurodegeneration and dementia.
Dr. Richard Deth found autism and other attention disorders like ADHD, schizophrenia and Alzheimer’s disease can be attributed to impaired function of the D4 subtype of dopamine receptor due to high oxidative stress and reduced folate-dependent methylation reactions, including their regulation by dopamine and growth factors, and their inhibition by neurodevelopmental toxins. Molliver et al. (1989) remarks on the similarity between serotonergic axons damaged by ecstasy and those seen in Alzheimer's disease. The early vulnerability of ageing to the Locus coeruleus (Blue Spot), the major noradrenergic nucleus of the brain and to neurodegenerative disease (Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases) is of considerable significance. Stress, noxious or anxiety-provoking extremes cause heightened arousal and overactivation of the sympathetic nervous system, which overworks the dopamine and noradrenaline circuits aging the protective neuromelanin pigmentation and causing nerve cell death.

The condition that causes all degenerative diseases is Metabolic X Syndrome which is the result of 12 thousand years of Holocene diet of cooked agriculturally produced food and in particular cereal production. In the last 50 years in particular environmental and food toxicity has increased greatly with the chemical-industrial revolution, while quality of food has greatly diminished due to demineralization and collapse of nutrient cycles in nature due to manmade interference.

Get regular exercise

Studies show that doing complex work as a main occupation lowers our risk of Alzheimer's disease. The researchers theorize that performing complex tasks may have an exercise-like effect that builds up the “cognitive reserve” in the brain. This is reinforcement for the old axiom “what you don’t use you lose.”

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO ALZHEIMER’S

*INSULIN RESISTENCE plays central role in speeding aging, thus explaining the longevity benefits of calorie restriction. High serum insulin promotes high blood pressure by impairing sodium balance and can severely compromise the vascular system. High insulin also promotes the formation of beta-amyloid in brain cells and may contribute to the development of Alzheimer’s disease. The Alzheimer’s brain is “insulin resistant” so cinnamon helps with that and it also helps stop the disintegration and dysfunction of the tau protein. By keeping this protein strong, scientists believe neurofibrillary tangles can be prevented and even reversed.

*GLYMPHATIC SYSTEM: In essentially all neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, protein waste accumulates and eventually suffocates and kills the neuronal network of the brain. More than half the amyloid removed from the brain of a mouse under normal conditions is removed via the glymphatic system..ie: the brain’s lymphatic system. *GLYCATION: Glycosylation, oxidative stress, inflammation secondary to the oxidative stress, and protein cross-linking from methylglyoxal, a product of uncontrolled glucose oxidation, are all thought to contribute to the progression of Alzheimer's Disease. There is evidence from animal studies that carnosine can reduce the toxic effects of beta-amyloidprotein. Beta-amyloid is the abnormal protein that builds up in the brains of people with Alzheimer's Disease and damages the surrounding brain tissue. For these reasons, increasing levels of carnosine in the brain may have a protective effect from Alzheimer's Disease.
Powerful cross-linkers (free radical-tissue agers) are the metallic ions of cadmium, aluminum, copper, titanium, lead and iron. Vitamin C helps keep these heavy metals in solution so they can be eliminated. Heavy metal damage due to lack of vitamin C from a cooked diet (and other factors of course) is suspect in senility, Alzheimer's, mental illness, criminal violence and ADD. Vitamin C removes excess copper from the body and supports the adrenal glands.
It is important to take antioxidants together, such as vitamin E (as D- alpha-tocopherol) and alpha-lipoic acid, to regenerate the reduced form of the vitamin. In terms of its antioxidant activity, vitamin C and E interact in such a way as to restore each others active antioxidant state. Vitamin C scavenges oxygen radicals in the aqueous phase and vitamin E protects the lipid membrane layer. Alpha-lipoic acid acts powerfully to keep the ascorbate and tocopherol in the reduced state (antioxidant state). *INFLAMMAITON: Medical researchers are becoming increasingly convinced that the immune system (via inflammatory response) plays a crucial role in some of the most devastating afflictions of modern humans, including heart disease, cancer, diabetes and possibly Alzheimer's.
Inflammation plays a role in the development of atherosclerosis, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease and the aging process in general. Most inflammatory conditions are believed to be caused by an over-production of an enzyme called COX-2. Blocking the COX-2 enzyme may prevent or reverse many life-threatening diseases such as cancers and Alzheimer's Disease. When infection occurs anywhere in the body, microglia respond by producing cytokines, inflammatory messengers that act in the brain to orchestrate a whole-body response that helps fight the invading microorganism. This response is associated with many of the most obvious symptoms of illness: sleepiness, loss of appetite, fever and lethargy, and sometimes a temporary diminishment of mental sharpness, learning and memory.
Neuroinflammation can also lead some neurons to self-destruct, with potentially disastrous consequences if it goes too far. Luteolin a flavonoid from peppers and celery, shuts down production of a key cytokine in the inflammatory pathway, interleukin-6 (IL-6).

*OXIDATIVE STRESS: Oxidative stress is one of the major causes of age-dependent memory loss and cognitive decline. Cytotoxic aldehydes are derived from lipid peroxides and their accumulation may be responsible for age-dependent neurodegeneration, including Alzheimer's disease. Oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation are believed to be important contributing factors leading to neuronal loss and mitochondrial dysfunction in the substantia nigra in Parkinson's disease, and may play an early role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease.
It is known that all of the neurodegenerative disease, such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and ALS, are associated with free radical injury of the nervous system. The flavonoids and colorful pigments found in all plants are strong antioxidants and free radical scavengers. It is becoming increasingly clear that Alzheimer's Disease is a condition of oxidative stress. Niacin also has good antioxidant properties, thus it protects against AD.

*IRON is believed to play a role in the both Parkinson's disease (PD) and Alzheimer's disease (AD). There is an increase in the iron storage protein Ferritin in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients with PD, and AD associated with aging and free radical oxidation.
*CHRONIC HYPERTENSION will eventually cause kidney disease, brain damage and neurological disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease. TAURINE: Research has shown that patients with Alzheimer's disease have low levels of Taurine, also implicated in hypertension. Taurine prevents the neurotoxicity of beta-amyloid and glutamate receptor agonists: activation of GABA receptors and possible implications for Alzheimer's disease and other neurological disorders. Evidence has accumulated for a number of years that glutamate released in excess, acting via NMDA receptors, mediates neurotoxicity in stroke, Alzheimer's and Huntington's diseases.

*ACETYLCHOLINE: Low levels of acetylcholine have been linked to Alzheimer's disease and poor memory. A lack of choline can cause impairment of memory and concentration. Sunflower seeds, eggs, liver, and peanuts, are especially rich in choline. Studies show higher retention in learning and ability to recall information with lecithin supplementation, even with Alzheimer’s patients. It was found to serve as a brain food, rebuilding brain cells and increasing alertness.
Russian experiments showed that exposure to sunlight can speed the clearance of toxins from the body up to 20 times.

Porphyromonas gingivalis, the key bacteria in chronic gum disease been found after death in the brains of people who had Alzheimer’s. The bacteria and its toxic enzymes – called gingipains, were found at higher levels in those who had experienced worse cognitive decline, and had more amyloid and tau accumulations.

PRIONS . Nanobacteria might turn out to be like prions, which aren’t considered “alive.” Prions (short for proteinaceous infectious particle) are simply normal proteins that are misfolded. Magnesium is needed to activate the enzyme (D6D) that converts dietary fatty acids into DHA, the most abundant fatty acid in brain cell membranes. The conversion efficiency from a-linolenic acid (ALA) to DHA is very limited in healthy individuals and is highly variable between individuals. The TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE Approach
In Chinese medicine, the brain is an outgrowth of and is nourished by the kidney, therefore, brain deterioration may be prevented or reversed via kidney tonics. The brain is nourished with kidney tonics and qi tonics, such as rehmannia, ginseng and cistanche; kidney essence astringents, such as rose fruit and schisandra. In the book Bianzheng Lu Chen Shiduo (1690) proposed that the first step in development of dementia is depression of liver qi, which is usually caused by emotional problems, eventually leading to exhaustion of stomach qi. The resulting undigested food in the stomach can produce obstructive phlegm. He said that "treating phlegm and mucoid black tar” is treating dementia. To accomplish the goal, he suggested that one would tonify the spleen and stomach, resolve phlegm, and clear the orifices of the heart. 
 
Chen Shiduo developed a formula called Su Xin Tang, comprised of ginseng, hoelen, pinellia, bupleurum, coptis, evodia, gardenia, aconite, tang-kuei, peony, and zizyphus. Bupleurum invigorates the flow of liver qi; coptis and gardenia purge the pathologic qi of the liver, while evodia disperses the liver qi that is damaging the stomach functions; pinellia and hoelen resolve phlegm. Chen devised some alternative formulas for dementia, including ingredients such as shen-chu to enhance the stomach's digestive activity, arisaema to cleanse the accumulated phlegm, and acorus to open the clogged orifices. Liver detoxification pathways deal with the by-products from the muscles.
