Normal digestion always results in some fermentation, which produces a certain amount of gas depending on the combinations, quality and quantity of food. The gas pressure from excessive fermentation causes cells to enlarge, as gas diffuses across the cell membrane to a region of lower pressure within the cell. Oxygen then can't diffuse itself into the cell because of the elevated levels of gas. The cell then suffers both hypoxia and gas poisoning. Plus with fungal-yeast conditions such as candida, acetaldehyde is created, which is even more toxic than the methane, ethanol alcohol and carbon dioxide gas of anaerobic digestion. A product of alcohol metabolism, acetaldehyde is created when the alcohol is broken down in the liver. Bad bacteria are encouraged which produce carbon dioxide, ammonia, organic acids and Hydrogen Sulphide. Bad bacteria put a constant strain on the immune system and excrete a variety of toxins straight into the blood, which often spread throughout the entire body, and may well contribute to early aging.
This abiotic cascade sets up a permanent fermentation digestion for as long as we continue a diet of cooked meat, bread, starches and junk food. Because oxygen is not available the cells use anaerobic conversion of sugar to ATP, where alcohol and lactic acid are used to produce energy. This anaerobic respiration results in inflammation and dis-ease of the GI tract and contributes eventually to degenerative disease. Poor digestion also leads to poor nutrient uptake and vitamin and mineral deficiencies that, over years, can build up and massively impact the bio-chemical balance of the body and the efficiency of the basic processes therein, such as the neurotransmitters, hormones and energy production. Harmful organisms are known to contribute to conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Irritable Bowel Disease (Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease). These conditions are likely to be partly the result of inflammation on account of overgrowth of harmful organisms and presence of large amounts of toxins in the GI tract. Put papain and/bromelain enzymes (buy by the pound from herbalcom.com) in a salt shaker and sprinkle on your meals before you eat them. Besides a raw diet and taking enzymes with meals, a natural way of ensuring harmony between bad and good bacteria is by supplementing on Probiotics or eating foods rich in good bacteria. Use probiotics liberally even the yeast Saccharomyces boulardii to overcome candida. The aromatic spices like cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and fennel help to reduce flatulence and bloating by preventing the overgrowth of bad bacteria and yeast.
To avoid the fermentative gas damaging cells too small to withstand the pressure we need a well regulated diet, to not eat too much at once and chew our food extra well. Eating excess food, or a difficult to digest food like bread along with your healthy salad will tend to lead to fermentive digestion, resulting in gas, burping, and flatulence. Raw cabbage has a reputation for producing gas, but only does so when eaten with cooked starches, or other difficult to digest foods. In fact raw cabbage (as in coleslaw) is one of the most beneficial foods for cleansing the liver and reinstating healthy bacteria, and cleanse the digestive tracts so it can absorb nutrients and eliminate waste. The intestines maintain fluid electrolyte balance, and lymphatic drainage. Sixty percent of the body’s lymph nodes are in the abdomen, so a clean GI tract, aerobic exercise like running or rebounding and daily belly massage prevent acid-toxins from entering the blood and undermining the oxygen use by the cells.
Poor nutrition and the generation of toxins and acids make oxygen less assimilated by the body. Once in the more primitive anaerobic state, cells no longer function efficiently, controlled cell division is disrupted and cancer is thus more likely to occur when fermentation has taken over the body's digestion and energy generation systems. Otto Warburg, known for discovering the cause of cancer, stated, "The prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen (oxidation of sugar) in normal body cells by fermentation of sugar." Cancer and pathogens need an acid, low oxygen environment to survive and flourish. "All normal cells have an absolute requirement for oxygen, but cancer cells can live without oxygen - a rule without exception…Deprive a cell 35% of its oxygen for 48 hours and it may become cancerous.” - Dr. Otto Warburg.
Lois Pasteur said…”The microbe is nothing, the terrain is everything.” A well oxygenated, varied raw diet provides the ideal terrain for healthy body ecology and healthier gut supports maximum digestion and oxygen capacity. Because raw foods contain intact, undamaged molecules, lifeforce and enzymes, along with more oxygen and structured water, they don't ferment as readily as cooked foods. By fasting, juicing and adopting a raw diet and avoiding gas producing food combinations, the reduction in gas pressure allows gas to defuse out of the cells. The cells then go back to their normal size, stop the anaerobic respiration which lessens the risk of cancer, acids and toxins are eliminated from the body and so more oxygen can get into the cells and mitochondria so that ATP can be produced by normal healthy aerobic respiration.
Increasing the body’s Oxygen stimulates and strengthens the body's immune system, increases the biophotonic bioelectrical and piezoelectric energies in the body, ensures fast and efficient communication in the energy-body and consciousness. Oxygen raises the pain threshold, is calming and anxiety reducing, Regulates blood pressure and heart rate and lowers the stress hormone cortisone. Nutrition, assimilation and detoxification is improved. Our cells are in growth rather than defense mode when they are well oxygenated and free of attack from toxins, pathogens, free radicals and stress. Eliminating gas, digestive stress, radiation and oxidative stress, relationship stress, urban environmental stress, EMF stress, existential stress, workplace stress etc… allows the body to evolve from mere survival mode to detoxification, healing and wholing. As we move into the metabolism of “wholing” we can gain the vibration coherency necessary for Flow, plugging into the Cosmos, achieving sovereignty and the Christ self.
Perfect alignment with the Universe requires that we ultimately unload the unnecessary stressors that throw us off Phi. We cannot become sovereign unless we can syncotron our energy with coherent presence through the apex of the prefrontal lobes and into the entirety of our Being. Within a culture addicted to terror and distress we unconsciously gravitate towards chronic stressors to maintain a certain habituated level of HPA axis stimulation and anxiety to ensure that we are “ready for danger.” The tiger thus never goes away, it just lurks unseen at our back. We swing between arousal and boredom and our presovereign social milieu is more than happy to reflect our demons back to us, to keep us in a constant state of agitation and dismay. As long as we remain incoherent we are unable to initiate behaviors and conditions which relieve the pervasive stress and allow regeneration and wholing to occur.
Stress with its hyperactivated nervous system produces immune suppression. The origins of the degenerative condition that allows pathogen and diseases to flourish is all round nature deprivation, plus increased exposure to toxicity and radiation, coupled with the demineralization of the soils. Impaired digestion and elimination, increased acidity, lack of blood oxygen, excess carbohydrates in the diet, parasites and candida, adrenal fatigue all these and more reflect a general lack of homeostatic balance at the heart of modern life, that will always generate systemic bodily depletions, impairments and malfunctions until lifestyle and environment are transformed.
Through overstimulation we progressively become desensitized and lose our inner resources to handle crisis or to delve into the depth potential of the human experience. The key element in today’s stress paradigm is recovery. In a society where there are stressful influences coming at us from all directions, we must cultivate methods to turn the stress response off so the body can rest, relax and repair. To re-establish balance in all systems, replacing lost nutrients and eliminating waste products accumulated during the process. The autotoxicity, desensitization, inflammation and devitalization resulting from excessive stress leaves us vulnerable to numbness, conformity, suggestibility and passivity. Thus we remain a prisoner of the dark without a light to find out way out. To break the cycle a reorientation to reality is necessary, to see that unmitigated stress is simply not to be tolerated, and certainly not to be accommodated without severely undermining of our quality of life.
Shifting body pH towards more alkaline significantly reduces gas producing bacteria by improving the oxygen saturation of the body fluids. To make a rapid shift you can take baking soda, zeolite, bentonite, kelp in 000-capsules to shift metabolism more toward alkaline.
