OXYGENATION AND ENERGY

You need mega-oxygen to keep in contact with the depth dimension of consciousness or “deep time.”

Ninety percent of our body’s energy is created by oxygen. Our eliminative processes consume large amounts of oxygen to rid the body of waste and toxins. Toxins are largely acidic, and the more acidic our blood is the less oxygen we can absorb and use…and because of the lack of oxygen the more toxic acids build up in our blood and tissues. We are being more and more deprived of precious oxygen in the modern lifestyle and environment, and it is causing serious health problems. Cells undergoing partial oxygen starvation send out tiny panic signals which are collectively felt as the continuous vague sensation of uneasiness, dread or disaster. Starved of oxygen our bodies become ill with symptoms including: acid stomach, bacterial, viral, fungal and parasitic infections, bronchial problems, circulation problems, allergies, dizziness, nausea, lowered immunity to colds, flu and infections, memory loss, muscle aches, fatigue, weakness, poor digestion, cancer, deposit buildups, chronic hostility, depression, irrational behavior and irritation. As evidenced by all the illness in today's world, humans are clearly suffering from gradual autointoxication.

Each of your hundred-billion brain cells, uses oxygen to stoke the fires of consciousness. Your brain's need for oxygen is more than ten times greater than the rest of your body. Breathing in energy and oxygen normalizes the chemistry and energizes the brain cells. The energized and chemically balanced brain cells provide the clearest consciousness. It is estimated that eighty to ninety percent of what goes into our body is acid-forming, and this dramatically impacts on the body's pH. Anaerobic chemistry produces acids and this acidity further reduces metabolism so cells die. Cellular detoxification cannot take place without abundant oxygen. As the blood becomes acid and oxygen deprived cancer, arthritis, chronic fatigue, diabetes, fibromyalgia, premature aging, and virtually every other type of disease sets in. To be considered healthy, human blood must maintain a narrow pH range of 7.365. Blood of the pH 7.45 contains 64.9% more oxygen than blood with a pH value of 7.3. A proper pH balanced diet requires a good amount of alkaline foods such as fruits and vegetables (5 to 9 a day) for alkalizing the body! Mineral saturation from remineralized high chi raw plant protoplasm gives the perfect pH for ideal brain and body oxygen levels.

Nearly nine tenths of a living body is water and so 65% of its weight is oxygen. The brain has little energy reserves and requires constant fueling with large supplies of oxygen and glucose to function effectively. More glucose is required by the brain than by any other organ of the body. The brain represents only 2% of the human body weight, while it receives 15% of the cardiac output, uses 25% of total body glucose utilization and 20% of total body oxygen consumption. Your cells use oxygen to release energy from the sugar glucose. The processes that release energy from fuel molecules for the formation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) are known as cell respiration; defined as the transport of oxygen from the outside air to the cells within tissues. The general process that cells use to turn food into energy is called respiration, where the nutrient compounds, inside of the cell, are oxidized through complex enzymatic processes. The operation ultimately uses oxygen and creates carbon dioxide and water.

Molecular oxygen, O2, is essential for cellular respiration in all aerobic organisms. Oxygen is used as an electron acceptor in mitochondria to generate chemical energy. It is the presence of oxygen that allows the body to use this food to energy conversion process. Part of the waste from metabolism can be gotten rid of only by “burning,” combining with oxygen, ie:—oxidation. Besides "burning" food to create energy and heat for our bodies, oxygen is used to burn up, or oxidize, these waste materials which would otherwise poison our cells. However to keep the oxidative processes working for us not against us we must avoid overeating, because in order to process calories we must burn oxygen, which then generates damaging free radicals. "Free Radicals," which are ever-present in our bodies, will damage our own cells and even our DNA, causing degeneration and diseases such as cancer. Oxygen is necessary for cellular respiration and energy production, but it must be carefully handled within the cell or the mitochondria will be damaged. One per cent of the oxygen we consume turns into reactive oxygen species …over a year a human body makes 1.7 kilograms of ROS. Five nutrients necessary to protect and restore mitochondria are: L-carnitine, Coenzyme Q10, Alpha lipoic acid, Vitamin E and Vitamin C.

ATP energy requires oxygen as the potential rate-limiting step. This means that the amount of oxygen will determine the efficiency and amount of ATP that can be produced at any one time. The key to producing ATP energy from carbohydrates, fats, and proteins at the maximum rate is the availability and amounts of available oxygen. A high fat diet can deplete oxygen levels, to the point where there is no longer enough oxygen to burn all the fatty acids and so partially oxidized fatty acids end up deposited on artery walls and cell membranes where they cause depletion of oxygen that is highly stressful to the body. If oxygen levels are not high enough the body will increase fatty acids in the blood an alternate source to help produce ATP, fatty acids however also require oxygen to produce ATP resulting in a loss of oxygen and less ATP produced from carbohydrates.

Free radical damage leading to aging and loss of Presence can all start from a lack of oxygen available to burn glucose produced from carbohydrates, to produce ATP. When glucose is not efficiently burned to produce ATP this can lead to the glucose reacting (glycation) inside the cell with proteins and fats, resulting in cellular damage and advanced glycosylation end products (AGEs). Increasing oxygen in the bloodstream is a method to help decrease free radical accumulation. More oxygen will help decrease the need for fatty acids as an alternative energy source of the body. Supplements that help optimize the mitochrondia to help keep ATP at optimal levels. Aerobic respiration is the release of energy from glucose or another organic substrates in the presence of Oxygen. Aerobic respiration (Oxidative Phosphorylation) is a much more efficient means of ATP production. Oxygen also increases insulin sensitivity, meaning more glucose entering the cell to produce ATP more efficiently.

Oxygen is key to the production of the ATP that fuels the firing of our nerves…hence the quality and depth of our consciousness. The firing of nerves involves the transportation of ions through the ion channels changing the voltage of the cell membrane bringing about an action potential. The nerve membrane ion pumps use cellular energy (ATP) to "pump" the ions against their concentration gradient. Brain optimization requires the ideal oxygenation and correct pH of the blood to harness focused brainpower to rise above the Borg state: addictions, pain, numbness, stress, sleeplessness, negative emotion, miosis, impaired learning and reduced performance.

When there is inadequate exogenous and indigenous antioxidants cellular decay occurs and the bodymind degenerates and ages. In fact the decline in faculty that occurs as we age is largely because free radicals interfere with the messages transmitted by neurotransmitters, thus affecting reflexes, organ regulation, muscle contractions, blood flow, memory and learning ability. This is why the concentration of vitamin C in the central nervous system, the brain and spinal cord, is 50 times greater than in other tissues of the body.

Oxygen use, ATP production and energy generation change significantly during kundalini, which is why during awakening you need to do extensive walking, breathing, conscious breathing etc...to avoid panic and anxiety. I think with kundalini the anabolic and aerobic respiration systems are both increased, the body consumes itself, uses more neurotransmitters and hormones and needs a lot more oxygen in order to metabolize, detoxify and reset. Since sovereignty necessitates waking up Lifeforce (kundalini) in an effort to fully utilize higher centers of the heart and brain...this means the sovereign needs to focus on perpetually increasing oxygen to the tissues.
