METHODS OF OXYGEN INCREASE

Lifting the anaesthetizing protective mechanisms involved in cultural retardation and shutdown requires increased oxygen to metabolize toxicity and bring the cells back to Life.

We eat 4 lbs of food a day, and 4 quarts of fluid, but we take in 7.5 lbs of oxygen a day. There is a tendency to oxygen deprivation in the current age because of our acidity, sedentary lifestyle, oxidation/inflammation of tissues and glycation of hemoglobin, coupled with the volatile phenolic compounds and alcohol given off by pathogens. Boosting oxygen enables new white cells to form to strengthen the immune system, thereby preventing diseases. Increasing oxygen levels may be the principle method of combating aging, as well as discouraging anaerobic bacteria, yeast and cancer. Deep breathing increases oxygen and also contributes to moving the lymph and improving digestion. Aerobic exercise improves the heart’s capacity to pump blood and increases the capacity of the lungs. Regular lower intensity exercise minimizes the production of free radicals while strengthening the indigenous antioxidants and enzymes. Walking is especially good for clearing your head, because it increases circulation to the brain and doesn't divert extra oxygen and glucose to muscles. Without regular exercise the bodies internal defenses against free radicals (SOD, GSH, Catalase) may become too fragile for the antioxidants in our food and supplements to have their full affect.

For each pH point increase in alkalinity the oxygen level is increased ten times, thus increasing the metabolism and enhancing the body’s ability to burn fat. Oxygen and alkalinity need to be increased through the normal means of remineralizing the tissues, a low glycemic raw diet, superfoods, green food, aerobic exercise, breathing practice and neutral pH drinking water. To increase the oxygen saturation of the blood and tissues eat smaller meals that nutrient-dense, low fat vegetarian and alkaline, for overeating causes oxygen deficiency. Vitamin F and Vitamin K2 increases the oxygen carrying capacity of the hemoglobin in red blood cells. Vitamin E helps transport oxygen to the blood cells. The B vitamins B12 and folic acid are necessary for the production of red blood cells.

Mega greens in the form of salads, green smoothies, wheat grass juice to provide minerals, iron and oxygen. Lots of sprouts for salads, seed cheeses and pates are necessary for a high enzyme diet. A high enzyme diet means maximizing ATP production with a minimum of exhausting the bodies resources for digestion, maintenance and repair. Sprouted greens have thirty times the nutrition of other fruits and vegetables. Lack of chlorophyll and minerals, plus lower oxygen levels in the air, indoor living and air pollution all contribute to low oxygen, acidic conditions that promote cancer and other diseases. Foods rich in photo-reactive enzymes and natural minerals are high in biophotons: sprouts, young spring grown produce, garden ripened food, bee pollen and royal jelly (fresh), fish and seafood and seaweed. Cordyceps mushrooms are good at upping the amount of oxygen your blood can carry.

The key to health is “nutrient density” and the foods most dense in nutrients are raw greens—mix greens with buckwheat goop and some Thai coconut meat and you have got a winning combination. Kale being the most nutrient dense food, then collards and spinach. Wheat grass is 70% chlorophyll, contains 17 amino acids and 92 minerals; helps your body to build red blood cells which carry oxygen to every cell. Wheatgrass is exceptionally rich in vitamins C, E, K, and B-complex. It is also a natural source of laetrile (B-17). Wheatgrass produces an immunization effect against many dietary carcinogens. It purifies the blood and organs and counteracts acids and toxins in the body. It helps to increase the enzyme level in our cells, aiding in the rejuvenation of the body and the metabolism of nutrients. These enzymes help to dissolve tumors.

Lemons are one of the only "anionic" foods, meaning they possess a greater number of negative ions than positive ones. Most of the digestive fluids, (bile, stomach acid, and saliva) are also anionic, so lemon juice is compatible with enhancing digestive processes. It is important to use whole, fresh, organic lemons for stimulating the enzyme production and for their antiseptic, antitoxin, alkalinizing effect. Lemons and lines are also anti-inflammatory, diuretic, strengthen capillaries, dissolve gallstones and are anti-cancer. To help the liver process accumulated toxins it is good to add lemon to your drinking water throughout the day, or to mineral water for a treat.

We can increase the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood by increasing iron, because it is a central part of hemoglobin, which carries oxygen in the blood. To improve hemoglobin use chlorophyll from sprouted greens such as wheatgrass, alfalfa, sunflower, buckwheat greens and pea greens. Increasing the iron in the hemoglobin requires iron rich foods such as dark green leafy vegetables, molasses, lentils, mushrooms, sunflower, kidney beans, B12, Folic Acid, alfalfa, beet juice, prunes, Goji berries, raisins, apricots, nettles, rehmannia, astragalus, cardamom. Iron absorption is increased markedly by eating foods containing Vitamin C along with foods containing iron. Fortunately, many vegetables, such as broccoli, kale and alfalfa that are high in iron, are also high in Vitamin C so that the iron in these foods is very well absorbed. The RDA for iron is 14 milligrams per day for vegetarian men and for women after menopause, and 33 milligrams per day for women prior to menopause.

Magnesium enhances the binding of oxygen to haem proteins and gives red blood cells the flexibility to enter tiny capillaries. Magnesium stimulates the movement of oxygen atoms from the bloodstream to the cells and prevents blood vessels from constricting and the sticking of blood platelets. Calcium and magnesium transport oxygen into the cell. levels. Calcium is the body’s main alkalinizer. Magnesium is also needed to shift calcium in and out of cells and thereby providing the correct pH for high cellular oxygen. Magnesium deficient diet leads to significant decreases in the concentration of red blood cells hemoglobin and eventually a decrease in whole blood iron. To compensate magnesium deficient people use more oxygen during physical activity, which in turn produces more free radicals.

The structure of hemoglobin is easily compromised by heavy metals like mercury. Magnesium and zinc prevent the binding of carbon monoxide/CO to haem. Magnesium is removed from bone stores in times of deficiency. When we are deficient in magnesium metabolism declines, oxygen carrying capacity decreases, cell respiration suffers, insulin resistance occurs, we become chronically fatigued and we age that much faster. Supplemental sources include magnesium chloride, magnesium citrate, Cal-Mag, and magnesium hydroxide is used as an antacid and laxative. Magnesium oxide and citric acid can be added to water for a colon cleaner. Other cleansing agents include Epsom salts and oxygen release agents magnesium peroxide, also called magnesium dioxide.

Prolonged stress and inefficient metabolism can also be responsible for free radical damage on DNA. Oxidative stress (as formulated in Harman's free radical theory of aging) has also been implicated in chronic fatigue syndrome. Antioxidants help the body use oxygen more efficiently and protect against oxidation by free radicals. Free radicals are both a cause and a result of inflammation. Turmeric helps to protect the brain from free-radical activity, as will antioxidants found in colorful, fresh, raw fruits and vegetables. Hawthorn, cayenne and ginkgo improves peripheral circulation and body's ability to utilize oxygen. Dong quai, dandelion, yellow dock root, nettle leaf, red raspberry leaf, oat straw and burdock root have been reported to help in the treatment of anemia. Alfalfa (means "father of all foods”) is one of the richest sources for nutrition and very nourishing to the blood. Immunomodulators to help maintain the integrity of the body’s connective tissues are lapacho (Pau d’Arco), echinacea, astragalus, yerba mate, licorice root, ginseng, chaparral, echinacea and sarsparilla. These would help oxygenate cells and help them burn calories.

NADH otherwise known as Coenzyme 1 is a high-energy hydrogen that occurs naturally in all our cells. NADH is the body’s most powerful antioxidant, and it can regenerate other important antioxidants. The energy producing organelles of the cell (mitochondria) produce NADH which in turn produces cellular energy ATP. Free radicals interfere with cellular energy production by destroying enzymes and mitochondria. Whether NADH is produced internally within the cell enters the body from a dietary supplement, it will trigger cellular energy production. Energy is stored in the NADH molecule, and when it reacts with oxygen energy is produced in the form of ATP. One NADH molecule leads to the formation of three ATP molecules. Furthermore, NADH creates additional energy when it reacts with oxygen and water forming nicotinamide (also known as vitamin B3) and ADP. All this means that NADH is a super energizer. In the nucleus of the cell there is only one compound that can activate the nucleus DNA repair system: that compound is NADH. Therefore the better the DNA repair system functions the better we will be protected from chronic disease such as cancer, arthritis, arteriosclerosis and immunodeficiencies.

Germanium facilitates the movement of oxygen across cellular membranes to deliver oxygen into the cells. Germanium enhances the immune system, stimulate the production of interferon to prevent viruses and bacteria from penetrating into our cells, and promote antitumor activity. Germanium enriches the body's oxygen supply, increases energy and is also a potent antioxidant with the ability to modulate the activities of endogenous anti-oxidants Glutathione (GSH), Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and possibly Catalase. Besides helping to discharge toxins from the body in this way, germanium re-alkalinizes waste products that have already been acidified, promoting metabolism and greatly affecting the genes and even protecting against radiation. Ginseng, ashitaba, garlic, comfrey, green tea and aloe all contain substantial amounts of germanium. Organic-rich sediments, such as black shale typically contain Germanium.

Hanging or inversion yoga poses helps reduce the effects of aging caused by the force of gravity. Your heart must work against gravity to pump blood up to your brain, which is the body’s largest consumer of oxygen. One of the main causes of mental deterioration with age is the hardening arteries and high blood pressure, both of which decrease the supply of oxygen to the brain. Thus a major step in reducing mental deterioration over time may simply be increasing the oxygen supply to the brain. Blood supply to the brain is increased by even using the brain more, especially for novel experience or learning.

Aerobic exercise increases the efficiency of the lungs in bringing oxygen into the blood and conditions the heart to increase oxygen rich blood to the body. Combining aerobic exercise and resistance training lowers blood-sugar levels and leads to a rise in the number of mitochondria in muscle tissue. Improved insulin action and glucose burning means less sugar in the blood to cause lowering of the oxygen carrying efficiency of the hemoglobin via glycation. Oxygen increases insulin sensitivity, particularly in muscle cells—thus regular exercise and a hemoglobin building diet reduces insulin resistance. The pancreas is highly dependent on a correct alkaline diet. All aspects of pancreatic function reduce excess acidity and regulate blood sugar balance. To have proper blood sugar balance, you must maintain a primarily alkaline-forming diet. Eating a high-fiber, low-fat diet with high amounts of fruits and vegetables may help improve blood oxygen levels.

A sugar-laden diet reduces secretion of the insulin, needed to move sugar out of the blood and into the cells to serve as fuel. Too much sugar (even from fruits) creates an oxygen deprivation in which disease and pathogens can take root. Red blood cells contain hemoglobin molecules that contain an iron atom. Lack of red blood cell function means the body is deprived of oxygen. Oxygen attaches to the iron atoms and is carried around the body. When blood sugar is chronically elevated the protein in red blood cells and hemoglobin becomes bound with sugar molecules resulting in “glycation.” Protein glycation causes much of the tissue damage in people with diabetes and is a principle cause of aging. Sugar molecules can convert the benign oxygen molecule into a free radical and glycated proteins are more vulnerable to oxidation. Lipoic acid significantly lowers the glycation of hemoglobin while high blood sugar increases it. So we need a low glycemic - high mineral diet to build strong hemoglobin to create a naturally highly oxygenated body.

Aging is said to principally be caused by the cumulative damage to tissues by oxygen free radicals and glycation increases oxidative damage. Sugar interferes with the absorption of calcium and magnesium, contributing to osteoporosis and causing chromium and copper deficiencies. Copper-deficiency increases glycation of hemoglobin. Copper is important to the body's defense against oxidation and glycation through a copper-containing enzyme—superoxide dismutase. SOD activity decreases with aging, while oxidative damage increases. The richest sources of copper are animal—oysters, crabs, and liver. Good vegetarian sources are nuts, seeds, mushrooms, whole grains, and legumes—such as soybeans, peas, chickpeas, lentils, and peanuts. Another of the body’s main antioxidants is glutathione, which can be increased in the body by taking the amino acid N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC). Superoxide dismutase and glutathione neutralize toxins, improving your immune system so it can help fight yeast infection and lower the pathogen load.

The colon must be kept clean of accumulated acid wastes to reduce the exposure of the bowel to carcinogens and other harmful substances and prevent their reabsorption into the bloodstream. Most free radicals in the body are produced in the digestive system and in the in the mitochondria of cells. The gastrointestinal tract, especially the stomach with its highly acidic environment, is constantly generating reactive oxygen species from food. Colon cleansing, fasting and removing heavy metals and toxins from the body is as important as getting the high quality essential fatty acids for cell membranes, phytochemical antioxidants and trace minerals. Colon Hydrotherapy removes this heavy outpour of gaseous waste from the bloodstream, which allows even more cellular detoxification, by releasing backed-up gas pressure. This allows more oxygen into the cell and so the body is not forced to resort to anaerobic, acid-producing fermentation for energy production. Consider oxygen colon cleansers like
Oxy-Powder Colon Cleanse. Dr. Group has a comprehensive 6-Day Advanced Oxygen Colon Cleanse mentioned on his website www.globalhealingcenter.com

It must be understood that even healthy food put into an acidic, low oxygen, toxic body will not be properly digested, metabolized or eliminated. Moreover, the geometric decline of accumulated dysfunction means that our instrument is never completely retired and recovered leading to an ever increasing problem of inefficiency. The body must be burning at a high rate of efficiency and cleanliness for high quality food to be turned into high quality flesh and Hi Phi energy and consciousness. Thus we must intersperse our regular lives with periods of deeply relaxing cleansing and fasting in Big Nature to ensure that our instrument is apriori set up for the super metabolization of life! If we do not make an effort to completely stop and reset our system, the chronic gas in the cells caused by pathogens and fermentation will prevent the full oxygenation of the interior of the cell, necessary for them to off load their poisons and reestablish aerobic respiration. Thus until we fasting in Big Nature and use the Earth's energy to rebalance and reestablish healthy body ecology our cellular energy will fail to achieve the efficiency of aerobic respiration necessary for the Hi Phi consciousness of the sovereign.

Accumulated toxins such as mercury shut down communications between cells. They block ion and aquaporin (water) channels that allow mineral ions, such as magnesium, and oxygen atoms to enter the cell and keep it hydrated and healthy. With the build up of toxins in dehydrated cells, the membrane electromagnetic potential is weak…for there is not enough electron filled hydrogen on the inside of the cell to draw in oxygen from the intercellular medium. Mitochondria then get oxygen deficient and energy output goes down. Resulting in general stagnation, inefficient metabolism and fatigue…generating even more of a low oxygen, toxic condition. This is the foundations of obesity and degenerative disease.

Water, carbon dioxide, and oxygen are among the few simple molecules that can cross the cell membrane by osmotic diffusion. Damage to the cell membrane can occur through toxins, free radicals, glycation, transfats and inflammation. When cells don’t produce enough energy for efficient detoxification or when the toxic load is too heavy, then toxins begin binding to the fatty cell membrane and its receptors. This interferes with cellular communication and with the passage of substances in and out of the cell. Also with toxins attached to the cell wall it becomes a target for the immune system, thus contributing to autoimmune diseases. When the extracellular matrix loses it correct osmotic consistency and thickens with backed up metabolites, this also impedes the flow of substances and information in and out of the cell.

Plants act as the lungs of the earth. We simply cannot create a spiritual non-waring civilization without global reforestation…We are after all a creature of the forest, genetically designed for the oxygen dense, antioxidant rich, high negative ion environment of the tropical forests. In the humid tropics, fungal attack is a potentially important source of mortality. The resin and sap of plants contains antifungal chemicals to protect the seed, plant, or damaged plant tissue against pathogenic attack, rot, water loss, insect invasion, molds and fungi. Tree resins like dragons blood, frankincense and myrrh contain antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal agents. Sesquiterpenes are defensive agents found in the essential oils of plants such as cedar, myrrh, ginger, black pepper, clove, patchouli and sandlewood. Sequiterpenes have anti-inflammatory and have anticancer effects through delivering more oxygen to the cells and repairing DNA. Pathogens do not like an oxygen rich environment.

Hydrogen peroxide decomposes to oxygen and water, adding dissolved oxygen to the system to oxidize the pathogens. Add 1 teaspoons of food grade Hydrogen peroxide to a gallon of distilled water. Take on an empty stomach (otherwise the oxygen will react with the food in your stomach), one hour before a meal or at least 3 hours after a meal. You can spray hydrogen peroxide on the feet to discourage fungi and this also increases blood oxygen and gives an energy boost. Mix a third food grade Hydrogen Peroxide with two thirds water and put in a spray bottle.

Ozone water-purification units are units that not only purify the water but increase the oxygen level of the water itself. Ozone (O3) is oxygen with a third oxygen atom. This third atom is unstable, and ozone will readily give up that extra atom which attaches itself to airborne pollutants and pathogenic organisms. Ozone, also referred to as activated oxygen occurs naturally in the environment. In nature oxygen is released from plants and sea plankton during photosynthesis. Ozone and oxygen are anticancer/anticandida—so we have a multiple pronged attack that incorporates various methods of alkalinizing, increasing electrical potential with colloidal minerals and electrolytes and oxygenation of the body. While simultaneously providing super-antioxidant protection with fulvic acid and the pigment rich phytochemicals from plants. This essentially amounts to wholesale detoxification and elimination of conditions and environment that harbors pathogens.

To establish a super-oxygenated body requires a lifestyle change...everything from food, water, pH, exercise, thoughts, relationships, right livelihood, nature-time, tree planting, gardening, building materials, clothing, posture, sovereignty practices etc... Getting adequate sunlight is important to oxygen levels for it catalyzes mineral and enzyme metabolism, turns cholesterol into hormones thus lowering fatty plaques, lowers pathogens, builds strong blood, increases muscle composition compared to fatty tissue, and cleans the body of acidic toxins 20X more efficiently than without sun. These photodynamic effects are enhanced by high oxygen conditions, so oxygenating the blood with wheatgrass will yield greater results. Wheat grass, greens, fasting and realkalinizing the body heals the spine...use the sunlight for mineral catalyzing and topical magnesium chloride (swansonvitamins.com). Castor Oil on the spine also helps it cleanse. Float tanks, mineral pools, spinal showers, clay and negative ions in general reinstate the nervous system from a chronic acidic/oxygen deprived condition. The ocean and lying on the sand is the greatest sanitarium there is.

THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH

Cytoplasm is 80% or more water. There is no doubt that alkaline, highly structured, highly oxygenated living water is the elixir of life.

Oxygen is the most abundant element on earth. Dissolved oxygen concentration (DO) is an important index of water quality. The solubility of oxygen is greater in colder water than in warm water. Water at sea level can contain dissolve slightly more oxygen than mountain streams at the same temperature. Oxygen solubility is negatively correlated with the amount of dissolved solids, consequently, oxygen solubility in freshwater exceeds that in seawater. You can increase the oxygen in your drinking water by using an aquarium bubbler, and then chilling or freezing your water bottles. Falling water in nature or a negative ion generator for your house will increase the oxygen uptake by your lungs, alkalize the blood and reduce pathogens in the air. Indoor fountains and house plants also give this effect. Drink and bathe in fresh spring water...ie: living-water and oxygenated drinking water.

Oxygen is an "electronegative" or electron "loving" atom compared with hydrogen. Water is a paramagnetic "polar" molecule, meaning that there is an uneven distribution of electron density. Water has a partial negative charge near the oxygen atom due the unshared pairs of electrons, and partial positive charges near the hydrogen atoms. An electrostatic attraction between the partial positive charge near the hydrogen atoms and the partial negative charge near the oxygen results in the formation of a hydrogen bond. When an Oxygen atom bonds with two Hydrogen atoms to form water, the Hydrogens bond to the Oxygen atom at one end. This makes the hydrogen side of the molecule electro-positive, and the other side, with free electrons, electro-negative. The opposite charges of the two sides makes water molecules strongly attracted to each other, and to many other electrically "polar" molecules, which makes water such a good solvent.

This electric polar attraction is the reason for water's strong surface tension and colloidal capacity (zeta potential). The more structuring that life imparts to its water the greater the zeta potential, the higher the free energy and the stronger the capillary action. That is the viscosity and conductivity of the water increases as it is organized into spherical crystal clusters by the enzymes of life. This geometric arranging of the water molecules increases the transportation rate of nutrients in and around the cell and maximizes the excretion of toxins from the cells. So the higher the enzyme banks of an organism, the more alive it is, the greater the structuring of the water that occurs and thereby metabolism is made more efficient in all its aspects. The more structured the water in our biological system, the better the enzyme systems carry out their metabolic processes and the easier it is for vitamins and minerals to be assimilated into the cells. When this life-colloidal structure is disrupted molecules flocculate and clump together, flows are disrupted and the organism moves toward death. With the reduction in zeta potential of colloids and the interference of our body’s ability to maintain highly structured water...the brightness of spirit’s emanation is blocked! This snowballs further perturbation of the conditions for the welfare and survival of life at every level of existence.

Acid water (H+) is oxygen deficient while alkaline water (OH-) is abundant with oxygen. Alkaline ionized water contains hydroxyl ions (OH-) that are negatively charged. Cousens says that a high concentration of negative ions (anions) in water increases the zeta potential of the blood, and body fluids. But when positive ions(cations) are introduced this diminishes the activity of the biological colloids and reduces zeta potential. And of course colloidal collapse would mean less nutrients in and less toxins out of the cells. So for various reasons including excessive cations, cooked foods cause a breakdown of the colloidal dynamics of our body fluids. Flocculation or clumping occurs and cellular waste removal is impaired leading to the accumulation of waste matter in the tissues. The greater efficiency of digestion, metabolism and elimination explains why raw food doesn’t put extra weight on the body while cooked food does.

Degenerative disease, infectious disease and most mental disease are caused by this colloidal breakdown, waste and plaque build up. The effects are accumulative over generations unless regeneration occurs by adhering to a life code of full colloidal potency. Modern life with its excessive influx of positive ions (cations) from pollution, cooked food, urban environments and stress, is undermining life’s ability to attain a high colloidal state. Conductivity in all its aspects falls when zeta potential is reduced: that is nutrition, elimination, blood flow, lymph flow, nerve strength, feeling, emotion and thought reception. The organism falls out of communion (response-ability) with it’s environment and becomes incommunicado to its own highest subtle intelligence. It’s sense-ability becomes more gross and lower on the evolutionary scale. Earthsoul or innate survival intelligence is thus lost.

  1. This is really interesting but very detailed. I need to increase the levels of oxygen in my blood but changing to eating all these types of foods is going to be too challenging and I know I wont keep it up. Is there any one or two main foods that I should be eating more of or everyday? Reading through the list I think it might be wheat-grass but does anyone else have an opinion?

  4. Low oxygen in the brain may cause depression/anxiety/no sleep/obsessing/panic/suicidal thoughts/MS. No gluten may help intestines absorb more nutrients...then cells are rebuilt to burn oxygen and help the brain/body cells. Lyme may remove Mg/Fe/Mn/Mo and swell the brain lowering oxygen. Clogged blood vessel/low circulation and more affect oxygen. Taking vitamins/good oils/minerals...probiotic...LDN (helps block hidden gluten)...detoxing may help raise oxygen. Detoxing may help thyroid/chemical reaction. Gluten may make antibodies to the thyroid. The thyroid controls the speed of oxygen/food burning and ATP being made.
